Review Process

The "Conference Proceedings Papers" are chosen through a double-blind peer review process, coordinated through the PRASA Organizing Committee. The actual review process for the 2011 PRASA conference is led by a group of the members of the Organizing Committee. The review process does not allow authors to revise papers after review but only make reviewer-led adjustments. Papers requiring major revisions will be automatically rejected.

The physical process can be summarized as:

• Camera ready full papers are submitted to the PRASA website electronically using the template for blind reviews (please find this on the CFP page of the PRASA 2011 site)
• Papers are distributed to at least 2 anonymous reviewers by the Organizing Committee
• Reviewer comments and recommendations are returned to the authors
• Final camera ready full papers are to be submitted within 2 weeks of return for inclusion in the final proceedings document

Submissions that do not conform to the style guidelines will not be reviewed, but will be returned to the submitting author. No late submissions will be accepted. At least one of the authors of papers accepted for the conference is required to attend and present at the conference.
